StatesirReal Projects was a Vermont-based live event production and talent curation company co-owned by Tim Cece and Higher Ground founder Kevin Statesir. Over four years, the company produced hundreds of events that bridged local talent with professional-grade opportunities across the region. I led programming, marketing, and production across dozens of venues, most notably the Rusty Nail in Stowe, The Village Café at Bolton Valley, and the Secret Garden Series in Burlington.
